I'm no legal expert but I'm fairly sure they already are obligated to keep the peace (although their tolerance of antisocial behaviour, especially woke related, and wiilingness to pursue those objecting to it, might cause you believe otherwise).

Most of the other people there. Quite simply, you don't go to that place at that time to hold up that sign, or you're in danger of disturbing the peace. Other times, maybe OK.

That one is different. In my opinion, he shouldn't have been arrested because he was voicing discontent during the enactment of our pseudo-democratic process ("Who elected him?"). A good place and time to protest, if you ask me.

No, the sign-holders are breaching the peace (or at risk of being deemed to be possibly breaching the peace, sufficient to be arrested) themselves ... for "harrassment" and "distress".

remember the police interpret religious law as well as their own criminal law - ya-salaam, ya sayyidaty! ( dat Arabic for - oo-er Mrs!)
It says you can do a pilgrim on behalf of a decd muslim ( hey come on: very close to prayers for the dead which is verboten) [ dat hun-lingo as TTT wd say for noo-noo !)
You certainly cant do it for a christian who is head of church to boot. and of course he wd probably know that

You can do it by application - but you have to squeeze it into one of seven or eight categories. No squeezee, no erazee. They say correctly I think, that you have to hire a lawyer to do it successfully.
