Hey Peepsies Garage For Sale How Much

Hey peepsies so basically my oh has a 19m square 1 ground floor garage. How much do you think we should ask for it? The neighbors say they will pay like 4 or 5k. Yet if you look at say 200 pounds a square foot of land it should be worth 18k. We are not desperate to sell it. Any advice would be amazing :) thanks poos

you could easily rent it out for £50 a month if not a lot more so if you take that into consideration is that worth 100 months of time for you
