White Tongue

Why do people get a white film on the tongue? it looks horrible and makes me really paranoid. Is it something to do with diet?

Yes it is something to do with there diet . And its not a good thing at all..

I think it's a sign of sluggish digestion/constipation. But I'm not a doc so don't rely on me!

i once heard that it was to do with sugar intake. Its not a problem though and is easily brushed off.

it just makes me urge, I think this tongue brushing this is just a ploy to sell us those weird rubber devices on the back of a toothbrush, gross!!

ratter, i do brush my tongue and always have! Cant go too far back though else i gag big time!!! lol
