morning, Sunday already, where do the days go, I hope that you are all in good health and that your day is a pleasant one. Do you have anything planned for today?
I am meeting a friend for a drink/coffee later this afternoon, which will be good, and my friend in NI is going to ring me this morning, we usually chat for an hour and catch up with the weeks news, so all good.

if it was remotely pleasant today, i would sit in the park for an hour or so before meeting up with my friend at 2.30. But the forecast does say cloud cover, just like yesterday.

Morning, Awful weather here, wind has broken all my sunflowers and wrecked my pea teepees.
Rain has been lashing it down all night scaring the dog.
Hopefully it will ease soon.

we haven't had much rain here at all, probably about time we did.

The grass really needed it as did the rivers so I shouldn’t complain

i don't have a garden so no worries over that, sometimes i wished i could keep balcony pots of flowers, but the council don't like it.

I used to like sitting at the Queen Mary's Rose Garden in Regents park..or by the bandstand in a deckchair... missed the bomb there by a whisker !

lovely place Minty, i have sat there often in the past. I used to go to school near Regents Park and we spent our summers there.

this was the IRA, and sadly now we have Islamists to deal with, its not good living here at times.
