If there wasnt so much tax and restrictions on what you can put in a skip (barely nothing these days) just maybe this wouldnt happen.

The top of my street is a dead end - no houses up there - and is often used for fly-tipping. And it's usually building materials and such, plus ***-stained mattresses, old prams, household waste one would ordinarily put in a dustbin, etc, etc, etc. We've even had a couple of old caravans - one of which was set alight by the young tearaways round here!!
