is there any such thing as a plane ticket wich has no restrictions on times and dates within europe?...
like an open multi destination return?

any one know what i mean?

The major 'traditional' airlines (not the budget ones like Ryanair or Easyjet) offer fully flexible/refundable tickets - at a price. It's what expense account business travellers buy.
