don't know if she was a real person or not tbh. she was a 'glamour' model in a 'men's magazine' his dad gave to him in the song.

I seem to remember reading years ago that it was Lily Marlene, or Greta Garbo who played her. He thought they were modern pics and was upset when he found out she'd been dead for 20 years.
