Or shoulde I have a go with a beige chinoiserie Waistcoat, red cravat and finish with a Morning Coat or just stick with a dark-red brocade Waistcoat, macaroon dupioni silk Cravat and an extra long navy-blue Frockcoat?
Or a Towncoat is enough for a refined man like me?
For headwear, a 12-inch top hat suits me best because I am the most refined (and the tallest) man on earth.

I think someone who is so refined should not need to ask the opinion of others on a website. One should not dress for the opinion of others. One should dress as one feels. And if in need of advice should seek the advice of the likes of Debretts.

Although personally, I think you'll look a bit of a tool in anything you have described in 2022. You'd be fine in 1822 mind.

I am of the opinion that you would do well to go with the beige chinoiserie waistcoat, the red cravat and the morning coat. After all, a morning coat is much more practical in today's hectic life. A tailcoat could cause some minor problems, when - for example - seating oneself on a public conveyance or in a hansom cab. As far as headwear is concerned, I venture to suggest that a top hat might not be the best choice of headwear. My humble suggestion would be a bowler hat or perhaps a billycock, which would facilitate the entry and exit of a public conveyance. All in all, though, your choice of wardrobe seems to me to be admirable.
