Good morning everyone - rather gloomy this morning, rain and thunderstorms predicted, hopefully not about to be flooded as per QLD….goodness we have some extremes in this country !!

Matches 1 & 3 were friendless, which made scoring very much on the quiet side …ABI77 was our STAR TURN, scoring three points for two correct matches while a further 19 players added a point to their existing totals.

I sincerely hope I’ve got this correct this time, and there are no disasters, it’s not always easy to get the answers without the luxury of the puzzle in front of me ….I have to save that till later in the day.

Anyway, on with the results …..I’ll be back shortly …..

Back again at a slightly more respectable hour !! Yea apologies to both Bugsy and twix ……Bugsy with a very creditable FIVE points and twix flew away in his Tiger Moth right at the end of play, escaping the dreaded washing up etc.

Luckily I’m not under water, I can’t imagine being faced with 14+ metres of water in my back yard….the only faint bright light is …Lake Eyre in our outback will in time fill again, bringing both bird life and tourists from miles around but that won’t help anyone right now :((
