Thanks, I have watched them but I do not have the blue wire to push through the clear tube. Can I improvise with anything else?

Thank you again. To my surprise I found the blue plastic wire things given me at the time and I have used them. I thought I had broken the left ear piece which is what I mostly use for the telephone etc. But all is good now. X
