Error message

Hi all.. advice please.. a friend sent me a picture via MSN messenger and it has badly confused my picture publishing programme.. cos it's telling me.... Kodakimg has caused an error in MFC42.DLL. Kodakimg will now close. If you continue to experience problems..etc etc.... I have re started the computer and re booted from the mains but to no avail... anything I can do other than uninstall and re install? Please remember if you reply, I have all the computer knowledge of a chocolate frog. Thanks ;o) Trudi x

quickest will be to re-install. check the version of kodakimg you have is compatible with your operating system (eg - Windows 95, XP etc). if this doesn't work search either microsoft or kodak websites for support
