That's what I thought Sharon. I do a lot of stir frys and experiment a lot. Trouble is OH doesn't like Chilies! However, he doesn't notice when I add some as long as it's not too strong. I would probably do a roast chicken with it spread all over, so I couldn't taste the chicken!
