You can post photos via sites such as flicker, postimage, imjur. Whether or not that includes jpg images I'll leave to more technical minded people to answer.

As others have indicated, any site that allows links to be posted can be used to show people photos. This is the most frequently used site here. (There's no need to register to use it; you simply upload photos in a matter of seconds):
