There is a guy who sits near me in the office (facing me) who scores a 7 (or 7 and a half on a good day). He has light brown hair and big blue eyes but unfortunately he doesn't smile very much (probably because he works in finance).

So my question is, do you think I should go over there and lick him?

I quite like the not-smiling-much thing in women. Depending on who it is, I even like it sometimes if they look all scowly. I definitely like "angry" eyebrows - some women naturally have down-in-the-middle eyebrows. Oh, man! There's too much value given to smiling anyway.

I had a similar dilemma a while back with a female colleague (now gone) in the office next door whose beautiful ankles were CRYING OUT to be nuzzled, licked, kissed and nibbled. I was urged by all and sundry to just throw myself on the floor and tuck in. But didn't.
