I’ve no idea what that means either, Ken.
My lil sister as she cant breathe well thru her nose, as it was broken as a kid.
Seems to be similar to a "knuckle dragger" which I've used from time to time.

Using a purely literal definition, I've always been a mouth breather. (I can't breath well through my nose). Some people might suggest that it's not only the literal definition that applies to me though ;-)
