morning all, I hope that you are well and that whatever you are doing for the Bank Holiday, if anything, goes according to plan. Apart from my on line shop there is nothing in the calendar so it might be a quiet day all round. Had our church organised picnic yesterday which was nice. And there was talk of organising one a month, though for how long is anyone's guess.

At least you'll be escaping this dire 'summer' weather.
Question Author
and hasn't it been dire, i wish i was going somewhere hot, sunny....
Why don't you?
Summer has been a right washout so having the chance to fly into the sun like Icarus did , is just the job :0))
Oooo ... you don't want to do it like he did!
Haha,he burnt and was never seen again :0)))
Question Author
mainly because i can't handle luggage, can't get bags up and down my stairs, haven't been abroad in 20 years, last time was to Kos, and i was younger, fitter then
Question Author
it's complicated too. I would like to see family but that also complicated, both brothers are now on their holidays, so no going there for a week or so.
Haha! Just land normally, bobbi! :o)
Are you planning to go when they come back, emmie?
Question Author
don't know Naomi, one brother has had his daughter staying with him for months, that rules that out for now, the other works full time, so not sure when i could go, maybe Christmas but that's also difficult. As one brother may have his own plans at NY. as i said it's complicated.
I expect you'll sort something out.
Question Author
need some hot sun though, to shore up for the coming winter....
Not sure were everyone else lives but the summer in Shropshire has been great, and even better in Scotland, and looking forward to returning to the latter very soon.
