Back in 2014 Asda mobile ( Vodafone) decided to change to the Asda (EE provider )creating a lot of problems with peoples phones not working with the new EE sim card, ( Network lockout)

Well their at it again, changing back to Vodafone, leaving thousands of people including me with a locked network, and if you don't get on line before the 15 AUG you lose all your credit with Asda. I've spent nearly all day trying to get my PAC code and they are more or less refusing to give it over. I believe it is law that they must give it to you within 2 days ( may be wrong) but when I put this to them, they just replied, quote only in the UK. In other words your in contact with India. Not sure if this is just EE being upset with Asda moving to Vodafone and wont honor the codes. Whats your thoughts and are you with Asda? if so are you having problems? Many people are also saying their credits have been raided, money taken with no explanation.

Canary 23.41, I've seen the small print, the small print also says that they will provide a unlock code if it turns out you need one, that is not forth coming. Maybe they intend supplying the unlock after the 15 Aug when your credit becomes void?
My link also shows

"You can also request your PAC via your online account on your provider's website. When you do this, your provider must provide your PAC within one minute, just as they would if you requested it by text."

THECORBY 10.59, Thanks for that heads up, must admit I missed that one, just gone into my account, and guess what, when I try to port out, comes up, there's a problem, call the 08 number, spent most of yesterday trying that, they just keep you waiting upon ages then phone goes dead.
You can 'phone Offcom on 0300 123 3333 or 020 7981 3040 Monday-Friday 9 to 5.

They are obviously making it as difficult as possible for customers to port out, due to the fact that they have a new contract with Vodafone and they appear to be losing customers hand over fist going on what I've been reading.
