Finding List Of Blocked Senders

I need to unblock a couple of senders on my email list. Please could someone remind me how to do that?I did have the instructions but I can't find them. I'm using BT webmail, Google Chrome, Windows 7.

under settings select blocked members folder and remove the ones you want.

Sorry, I need a bit more help. I clicked the three dots top right to find Settings, then Privacy and Security, but that doesn't seem to help; just gives 'recent activity'.

when you click settings what are the choices?

I think I've got this all wrong. Settings seems to refer to Google, not BT, but I can't see anything on the BT screen that would help. I know I've done it before, so I'll have a hunt to see if i can find the instructions I was given then.

you must have settings with the email program NOT google, do you have 3 short horizontal lines somewhere (known as the hamburger) ? it should be under that.

I found it (exactly where it should have been, of course!). It was
Login
Click on email address (this got me to Settings)
Select Mail
Click on Blocked Senders list.

I took the opportunity to look at some of the recent ones I'd blocked by deleting spam. Quite frightening really.
