Good Morning Early Birds

morning all, i hope that you are well and in good spirits. I have my coffee and will now settle back for a while and see who is about.
i have an online shop coming at 9am, and then later meeting a mate for a drink in the local which i am looking forward to... what have you got planned for the day.
It's just beginning to get light, i hope its not going to be like yesterday, where it rained hard much of the day. I thought it might clear the air so to speak, but my flat is just as hot as before.

alas when it does rain all our balconies flood, its the way the rubber matting the council put down, doesn't absorb the water. nothing drains away, even though there is a drain pipe at the end of the balcony...
