Maybe its like a fruit salad - whatever it is, i'll have what hes havin!!!!
Your friend perhaps has a fruit smoothie or cereal with fruit .
I have lost weight by having fruit in porridge for breakfast or just eating a banana or fruit and yogurt or grapefruit ..or grapefruit and orange segments or ...dare I mention prunes !
Strawberries and weetabix .Apple grated into porridge. The list is endless. Much better for you than a fry up.

i microwave my mushrooms and have them on toast?

this has got to be healthy?
I tend to have a "supposedly" healthy cereal like shredded wheat, fitnesse, etc, without sugar but with fruit such as bits of apple, pear, grapes, berries etc - not all at once, just what I have to hand.

so postdog (you randy devil)

instead of putting sugar on your weetabix, you throw apple chunks on?
Nothing wrong with mushrooms on toast as long as your toast is wholemeal bread spread with Flora ! Even on a diet microwaved mushrooms would not appeal to me in the slightest ..I fry them in One Cal.Here endeth the lesson !

but you really should try them!! slice the mushrooms and put em in a jug! on for about a minute and they boil in there own juice!! its delish!!!
Oooh... no ..too sloppy !
Question Author
honestly!! try before you buy!! if you dont like them i will give you your money back!!

ok ok... i make mine so they are not sloppy, but very tasty!
Oooh.... alright ..I may give it a try but I lke my mushrooms a bit crispy .I shall report back .In the meantime try porridge done in the microwave .One measure of oats to two of liquid ( I use Oatley milk) ,plus a tablespoonful of sultanas and ditto chopped apricots.Microwave three and a half minutes on high 850 watts and sprinkle cinnamon on top.To die for !
I'm with Shaneystar, doesn't sound too tempting rugelyboy! =)

I'm not a fan of breakfast, but I'll usually just have a banana, or soggy weetabix with a chopped up banana on top! Adding fruit definitely livens up a plain old bowl of cereal!

Sorry shaney but my toast has to have BUTTER on it even if it is Lurpak Lighter Spreadable. I don't have it very often so it has to be a treat.
Oooh butter !! I should not eat butter . Don't tell anyone but I also have a treat of it now and then !
I wonder what rugeleyboy is having for his breakfast this morning !!
