A bit of a strange question maybe (but there is method behind the madness...)
But, what do other ABers have for breakfast?

Always trying different diets/ways of eating/ 'healthy' eating etc.
Was bought up eating cereal for breakfast but was always hungry a few hours later.
Tried the 'juicing' thing. Shed loads of veg and fruit in a blender thing...Had the shiits.
Tried Fasting (missing breakfast altogether) and eating within a 6hr period....(Keto) too uncomfortable.
Tried various protein (and low carb) based diets...Atkins, Paleo etc but got fed up of eating bacon and eggs for breakfast.
Keep returning to egg on toast for breakfast.

Im not one for food threads but really am interested in how others keep themselves 'full' until dinnertime?
(carb based/protein based)
Thanks.

I agree with doing porridge in the micro. It's so quick and easy. I do mine in the bowl I'll eat out of so no pans to wash. Mine has yo be plain; no milk or sugar but a good sprinkling of salt.
Oh yes, loads of salt.
My son once looked at me askance saying “Mother, you do know you just put salt on your porridge, don’t you?”
I'll have a cooked breakfast but only if someone puts it in front of me, otherwise it's a trip to the local caff. I'm also very fond of poached eggs but I can never cook them properly.
I've never eaten porridge.

Poached eggs are pretty easy, Jack, once you've mastered your own technique.

@ 1846,
Forgot to mention, that may include a large gin if I am not driving anywhere that day, such is life.
Two organic weetabix, plus a little organic semi skimmed milk.

Never driven within 12 hours of drinking, saved my licence more than once to be honest.
On gym days I have porridge. Other 3 days I have fresh fruit with plain Greek yoghurt and a sprinkle of granola on the top. Sunday I have toast or croissant with no butter but black currant jam.
May I ask why you are so worried about feeling hungry?
