Roo where do you get the steady girlfriend from? I know there is the lady who Keira stays with a lot of the time because of his long working hours, is that who you mean? I thought she was a friend who just looked after his dog, nothing more. Or is that not who you meant?

^^ She must have, I'm pretty certain there's no girlfriend, he in fact more or less said this when talking about how much his little dog meant to him.

Noel has a girlfriend called Michaela ( think her surname is Heinmann). He mentions her several times in his second book. She supported him when he broke his neck and bought him Ricochet, the black puss.

The book is a very difficult read in many places. I think Noel used it as a way of killing off a few of his demons - I hope so, anyway.
