It seems to me to have been a terrible mix up by the police officer, rather than a deliberate killing. I think the original bodycom footage also shows that they did not think that Wright was a danger, or it wouldn't have been the taser she had intended to reach for. Murder? No. Incompetence? Absolutely.
As for the YouTube video? Any idiot can post to YouTube. The amount of flat earth conspiracies is proof of that. They will also be able to find an audience of like minded types to believe their theories. This video is proof of that.
Er, I don't think the reason we have jury trials is because you don't trust the media :-)
I think that is projecting one's prejudices unduly :-)
Of course the media is not always to be trusted, but I'll continue to get my news from reputable outlets rather than youtube and Facebook thanks all the same :-)
Don't trust the media.... trust these bloggers and youtubers instead!
The point is of course that you should not blindly trust anyone and try to read all sources critically... a point which seems ironically lost on those who sneer at media studies qualifications which teach exactly that.
Does a taser feel the same size, weight and form as a gun?
I read her face filled with horror when she realised what she had done but can't remember where I read. If true that tells me she didn't mean to shoot him.
