Pea Pod

2 large potatoes,1 onion.Cut potatoes into quarters,chop onion (not too small) boil together till potato cooked. Mash, then add 6ozs grated red leicester cheese.(much better than cheddar) salt and pepper.mash again. Make pastry8ozs flour 4ozs marge or buy puff if you prefer.
