Just a thought but cant the admin or whoever polices content just block the word Keto as most of the recent spam seems to be based on that. I cant think of any innocent post that features that combination of letters.
Just thought though, many diabetics aim to go in to ketosis with ketogenic diets - so do some non-diabetics.

Keto is a very low carb diet. It emphasises eating good fresh food, and good fats such as olive and coconut, avocados, fatty fish...while avoiding all starchy carbs and junk food. It's been shown to be excellent for diabetics as the lack of carbs leads to better blood sugar control. Most people could benefit from that as diabetes is rampant.
