We've got an amber warning of snow issued for this area on Sunday.

Hi, Bobbi, I can beatcha: Minus 13 NW of Toronto, but we haven't had a lot of snow in this area yet.

Yes, Pasta, they got a real dumping-on, but we usually miss those storm because of the distance. However, Upstate NY, especially Buffalo, can get some vicious snow-storms, but we also usually, not always, escape those because of the presence of Lake Ontario.

If the snow is as heavy as they forecast Chris, the vaccination facility might have to close, in which case you will be rescheduled anyway. The prediction for our neck of the woods is 10cm on Sunday morning with strong blizzard winds, and a further 15-20cm later in the day. Thats nearly a foot in old money!

Oh well I guess its our turn, we've dodged it so far this winter. Luckily I have enough food to hiberbate for a good few weeks!

Apparently, we have snow coming in towards end of next week. My sister in Alberta said very cold weather arriving mid week could be minus 30-40!
