I've just bought a video from a car boot and am planning on putting it on ebay, only it has a sticker on the inside cover and when I tried peeling it off it started pulling off the print so has obviously been on it for a long time. Does anybody know a good way to remove stickers without this happening? Thanx! Lou x

I bought 3 VHS, disney's song of the south, I bought 2 of them, one looks like the original from 1946 and another re-produced one with a different hologram. And zip-a-dee-doo-dah, which doesn't look like it's going for much on ebay, but amazon seem to have quite prices. If you're going to search, for the zip-a-dee-doo-dah, you have to search song of the south on amazon because it's not listed otherwise, then it's listed under the other name.. if that makes sense?! lol. Lou xx
Did they have VHS in 1946?
lol no VHS and Betamax vam here in the late 70s lol
sorry laffin there, *came*
Song of the South has never been officially released on Video or DVD in the USA due to the racial implications so wikipaedia says. Not sure about the UK, back in the early 70s i know i used to sell the Disney EP of the songs, and Zipadee DooDah was always being played by Ed Stewart.
Try wiping it with a bit of white spirits

Try wiping it with a bit of white spirits, or meths
Hold it over a lighter. Obviously not touching. This melts the adhesive and it will peel off easily.
