I've been drawing up a list of all the places I want to go to, and all the people I want to see, later this year, Haras2. It's to be hoped that I'll manage to do at least some of the things on my list before the year's out!
A sort of lockdown actually started for me over a year earlier than for most people as, throughout 2019, I was living with a catheter inserted into the most delicate part of the male anatomy. As it had a nasty habit of either coming out or getting blocked, leaving me in extreme discomfort in either case, I wasn't prepared to risk travelling far because I wanted to be close to the medical help I needed when things went wrong. So I cancelled all my plans to travel abroad and never got to see the people I think of as family in Sheffield. 2020 was going to be the year when, after my op to get rid of the need for a catheter, I could finally travel and get to see friends again but, of course, it wasn't to be. So I'm really getting 'stir crazy' by now!
At least I've got the feline trio to keep me sane (or should that be 'to drive me insane'?) though ;-)
