Thanks Mamya. I have to phone the hospital in the morning to ask them to put me through to that dept , so do I just ask to be put through to the Phlebotomy dept/room/lab or just Phlebotomy?
Phlebotomy Dept should do it.

Thanks again Mamya.
It depends, Barsel. We would normally send patients to the Path lab. However when our Oncology patients were having their 3-weekly chemo monitoring bloods, we'd send them to our own Phlebotomist in our own POD.

If its just straightforward FBC and biochem, you can have them done at your GP surgery.

What department are you under?
Ask for blood tests... It is what all the signs in the hospital should say, everyone will know exactly what you mean.
Phlebotomy dept.
