When Life Just Sucks

We had a burst water pipe on Saturday which flooded the hallway. In the ensuing chaos I managed to pull my back and now I am in utter agony and can't straighten up. Last night my husband made me a hot water bottle, using boiling water. As I tried to reposition myself I momentarily placed the hot water bottle on my lap. It then burst and I had boiling water all over my lap and down my legs. Now I'm in agony AND badly burnt.

I mean, what the hell else could go wrong?

I hope you are all having better luck than me....

I might get some in that case when the kitchen / diner is done.

Forgot to mention that the little one got hold of a blue biro and decorated the big leather pouffe. It's not salvageable.
