its about time after 6 months of trying to hear what counter staff are saying and now another 6 months (could be then another 6 months) all speaking through visors and now compulsory masks and the large plastic screens between us and them they had two way speakers / mics installed in the screens fed up of having to ask over and over what there saying,you cant lip read either !

About time for what? They're protecting themselves and who can blame them, it is what it is and we have to live with it

not the right answers i said why dont they have two way speaker / mics installed like banks etc so we can gear what there saying

pasta, it's harder for people like me who don't hear so well. On top of the muggled sound through masks, even if I'm not a "lip reader" I do find myself getting some information from lip movements.
