adjacent to bathroom and strong smell of mould.
If I cover the floor (tarmak) with a some lino ans seal it round the edges, will it stop the smell?

What else could I do?

Thank you in advance.

I am no expert in this field, but would suggest that merely blocking the smell will not help the cause. It could and probably will cause more severe and probably more expensive problems in the future. I suggest you use a reputable professional damp proofing company to investigate the cause.
