My BIL lives in France he sat out all night at the weekend, with 2 bottles of wine. Fell asleep and then woke up in agony. Something had bitten him on the face. He spent the rest of the night in A+E
He looks like he did 10 rounds with Connor McGregor. He was un-recognizable.

Someone suggestEd filling a hot water bottle 3/4 with water and putting it in freezer - reckons it stays cold for hours if you take it to bed.

Pah! That was a waste of time. Nightie was nice & cold when removed from freezer. But within seconds, nightie was as hot as fire!!!
I have dug out my mini hot water bottle and that has been filled & now being frozen.
