I managed to scrape my regular score of 4 this week, that isn't really that great considering that there's a freebie question (where all three responses are correct) in there.

Can you do better?

Another good score of 5! Well done, Lie-in King!

WELL DONE INDEED, Campbell cat and Robbie cat!
[ Oh, and your human slave too, I suppose ;-) ]
Joint second place!
Question Author
Shady the Sad will have to seek help from Campbell cat and Robbie cat, I think, Haras2 ;-)

4's OK anyway. It gets you into the best club, where the bar's now open ;-)
A G and T would be lovely (and a slice of lemon}
Question Author
I'm sticking to the Peroni tonight, Haras2 ;-)
4 - Same as you again!
Question Author
Welcome the club again, JJ109. It's your round, I think ;-)
What is this PERONI
Question Author
But is it strong enough for a Friday night ?
Question Author
My days of drinking mainly for the alcohol content have long since gone, Haras2. Flavour takes priority these days ;-)
Yippee 7/7. One a guess. Lucky me.
Question Author
BRILLIANT, Lady-J!!!

You can keep Toorak company, right at the top of the leaderboard!
PERONI
Sounds interesting
Do Tesco sell it

A
Thanks. I don't usually guess correctly.

Hope you and family are well. Have you got to have any more treatment?
Peroni's a good drink and goes with most food and with sitting round with family and friends for an enjoyable evening.
Question Author
Yup, Tesco sell Peroni, Haras2:

The cat family are all well, thanks, Lady-J and I'm not doing too bad either. I'll have my 6th chemo session next week and I'm crossing my fingers that it might be the last one but I won't know until a forthnight later when the consultant phones me.

I was originally told I was only having 6 sessions but, when I turned up for the first one, that got stretched to '6 to 10'. A couple of nurses later told me that I'd almost certainly have 8 but the 'liaison nurse' (who's meant to be my first point of contact) then told me that this particular consultant likes to 'throw everything at it' straight away and stick to just 6 sessions for most patients. So I'm hoping she's right!

I hope that you're well too.
Whoop whoop, best ever score of 5
Question Author
Well done, Maggie!

6 next week, maybe, and then 7 the week after perhaps?
;-)
Hopefully that will be your last session Chris. Do hope so. Then the long haul to get completely well. fingers crossed for good news on that front.

Not too bad. bp all over the place and going from 190 to 130 and then back again in a single day. must be a bit below par as have developed more dermatitis which is also infected with a fungal infection. but nothing serious. it will go with treatment.
Question Author
You've just reminded me to check my b.p., Maggie. 144/73 is a bit higher than I'd have liked to have seen it but my readings go up and down so much they don't seem to mean much anyway. (I've had readings of 170/97 and 85/65 lately. I've worked out that some things, like eating a bag of liquorice allsorts, can push the systolic reading up by 20 or 30 but I've not worked out yet what it is that gives me the really low readings).

I hope that your ailments all get better soon.
