I use hyperbole, acronyms, some slang yes but they are well known to the regulars and mostly obvious. This site is largely conversational we are writing like talking, do you really want us all to turn into Jane Eyre? Do you really want to turn this site into a soulless humourless bore-athon? I agree that several members would like that, I think most would not. I suspect you'll tear this straight down too but give it a thought, I hope you want the site to continue, as do I but if it becomes so insipid is it worth it.

This is a family site. There must be some clever saucepans out there. How many of the "grown ups" complain that they can't understand Tora?......but report it or complain about his vernacular anyway....as ya do. The only child that I know who posts here is currently having a tantrum in another room.

Communication is all about … well… communication, but I often skip TTT’s thread because I don’t know what he’s talking about. I find most of the rhyming slang incomprehensible - and I’m a Londoner.
