Webcams in Rome really bring home the impact of Covid-19. For example the Trevi Fountain (usually 20 deep in crowds) is deserted.

What a difference. Canary, that's similar to a web-cam view that I posted on another thread yesterday: https://www.earthcam.com/usa/newyork/timessquare/?cam=tsrobo1
I forgot to add the text accompanying the above:
"Looks like a lot of people are staying away from Times Square. Usually, especially on a weekend, this camera shows throngs of people strolling around taking photos and sitting at the food-vendors eating. Also the traffic is normally jam-packed including lots of Yellow Cabs and tour buses etc."
Here's a view of Dublin on a weekend leading up to St Patrick's Day. Even the well-known Temple Bar Pub appears to be closed: https://www.earthcam.com/world/ireland/dublin/?cam=templebar

I'm not familiar with the Dublin cam but yes, I'm amazed at the difference in the Times Square one (sorry I "duplicated" your post - I missed it.)
Perhaps after the revelry of last night in the Temple Bar area that displeased the Irish Government there has been a rethink.
Thanks all. I agree about Microsoft and the Logitech C270 seems the best bet.
Thanks everyone.
