Having been trying to "chat" with BT advisors online - keeps saying all our operators are busy. Have been trying from yesterday - "chat unavailable". Anybody know a good time I could look in. Thanks

Not sure about the online chat facility, but I posted the following on another thread about calling BT in March -

"I had to do this last week - I'd tried on & off all day for a couple of days, finally got through (on 150) to a brilliantly helpful chap at about 6:15 pm on Thurs.

He mentioned that it was *probably* (no guarantees, obviously) better to call in the evening."

thanks LiK - have been trying evening as well but I think it will be touch and go if and when I get through
