I'm not convinced that a relaxation outside Care Homes is appropriate yet. Aside from anything else, increased death rates can be observed in people from ages 50 and up. Yes it's worse for people who are older but I'd be worried that there's a conceit that the danger from the virus can be "confined" to the elderly.
