Free football on TV

I've been in pubs and they've had live premiership games on an arabic tv channel and another one called Canal Plus. I want these channels because Sky and the BBC aren't putting them on live. How do I go about getting these games?

Canal Plus is a Dutch TV channel. Maybe the right satellite equipment?

Is it possile to get dutch channels here? Who would I contact about this? My Sky dealer?

The pubs may have larger dishes (I have to have a 92cm dish in south Germany to get BBC/Sky etc) and a different card to receive the Arabic channel, and maybe just a bigger dish for the Canal one.
