I have a static caravan on a heaven site my site fees are payed up in full for this year we’re do I stand for time I can’t use it I know it’s not heaven’s fault with the lockdown but the site fees are a lot

I guess the company would argue that they still have to provide all or at least most of the usual services whether or not you are there...if you chose not to use it for a period of time, you would still have to pay the fees.
I take it you mean Haven, BigRooster. Or have you got friends in high places? :-)

Its a grey area, but they have closed the site which in my opinion, means you are due a refund the the weeks you can't use your caravan. Not their fault I know, but they will have to look to the various governement grants, loans and rebates for support rather than lose face with thier customers.

Or maybe they will extend your fee renewal date for a few months, that would be a reasonable compromise.
