i bought a car 2 mths ago by trusting the seller because they sounded really honest ppl and the car looked in good condition but after driving for a little while i found out somthing is wrong i took to garage they said ithe looks like it has been through an accident and has been repaired irung the ppl whom i bought the car of they said nothing has happend to it i did a hpi check on the web and foun d out that is has been written off i rung them back they were the only owner of the car and they are not admitting that it has beeen an accident and not taking the car back which they have sold it the market price of �3500 for honda civic 1.4 sports. what action can i take and what can i do to get my money back and return the car to the previous owner

i dont mean to be rude,but why the hell dident you hpi it before you parted with your cash,its only �20 to do it online,i m not sure how you stand,read the info on the previous answer, but next time please hpi before you buy.
