Does anyone know of a restaurant in the south east where you have a selection of ingredients from which you take your choice. You then take your selection to the chef who cooks it for you. I tried this in Florida and thought it was fab but can't find anything like it here.

it sounds like a Mongolian Barbeque type of thing do a google for mongolian barbeque and see whether you think this is what you are looking for. There is one in Covent garden

There was one in Northampton called teh Mongolian Feast but since I don't live there any more, no idea if it still exists.

You could try doing a search in yell.com for Mongolian and see what it comes up with.
