Just come back from 2 glorious weeks in St Austell in Cornwall.
we've been to a few places. Shell island is good if there's a group of you going or if you have children. We recently stayed in Beddgelert in Snowdonia national park, it was fantastic. If you like walking it's the place to go beginners or frequent walkers. It's among all the mountains and the scenery is amazing - we're going back next week and we rarely go to the same place twice.
I love camping, I wouldn't suggest wittering though.. I live locally and well.. if you liked that then you will LOVE places like dorset, devon and cornwall.. much more traditional and picturesque... wittering's abit of a sht hole if you ask me..! Lou x
