Personally I find it very offensive that a member would use 911, a major terrorist incident, as the basis for a "comedic" caricature. Very poor taste.

It is offensive,insensitive and abhorrent. Especially if you have had relatives involved in the 911 tragedy.

Gulliver, this actually applies to you!
//Why do lefties love terrorists?//

As a "lefty" who agrees that the image is in bad taste and should be removed, i would like to tell 3T to go and feck himself for that comment.
I had an avatar removed in the past, and I don't like a number of the images used by others. Poor taste, and uncomfortable for those who were involved or just watched events unfurl that day. Is it any less tasteful than a weed smoking child, or more tasteful than a gnome dungeon master... it's subjective.
there is a huge difference between distasteful and disrespectful.....
I find the avatar in question to be in very bad taste and quite upsetting - I think I'm glad that I'm stuck with the blobbies.
Once every incorrect reference to Vichy, Quisling, traitor and whatever else is addressed and dealt with I'll take the hurt feelings of a champagne swilling software expert into account.
