As an American with permission to stay indefinitely, I'm obviously not able to vote. Yet I have received a number of notices reminding me too.
I was visited by a council rep a good few years ago,about another matter, and at that time let him know i couldn't vote...he said he'd pass the info.
Will I get in trouble for not notifying them again?
