Of professional beggars on your streets. In the SE we are inundated. The police know about them but don't seem to be doing anything about it. They are dropped off in the morning and picked up again at night. They all have phones amd most have designer trainers. They are not homeless. They are eastern European.

They can be deported. I'm not sure begging is a big enough crime though.

It must be the "nice" place where I live, but we don't have any beggars, homeless, ne'er-do-wells at all....not that I've seen during the day.

Nothing like that. There are 1 or 2 in Scarborough, one chap draws a few squiggles on a bit of paper and sells it for£1 - the police weren't wearing that last I saw.
