I have a pair of ankle boots in a cream suede, stupidly I was wearing them while frying something and have got fat spits on the boots. Any suggestions how I can clean them?

Try rubbing a bit of talcum powder on and then brush with a suede brush
Also try the steaming method, whilst brushing.

Place over boiling kettle, *carefully* and brush gently with a suede brush.

I'll try both methods, thank you Amara and Tictactoe.
If it's not too late, I'd be very careful with the steaming. Yes, it'll probably get the fat out, but it could also make a much bigger 'stain', akin to the 'watermarks' you get when suede gets wet. Try it on a small, non-visible area first, and let it dry to check for staining before trying it for real.
