Barsel, I don't see your name and/or address in that answer you supplied on the "translation" thread.
No details are showing to me.
A mod can remove it but there may not be many around at this time of night
nothing showing to me either

It's only showing to you same as when you do an amazon link it doesn't show your account name.

Thanks Mamya, When I opened the link myself that I sent to Caran, it showed my name and email address in the top right-hand corner, but if it doesn't show when other people open it, then that's ok. Thanks all.
Yes, there is no private information at all in you post. And if there was, all this contacting information you have been given would have been to late to solve the situation anyway.
When accessing a Google page, the icon at the top right shows your own account details if you're logged into Google (either directly or because you're logged into another Google service, such as Yotube).

Since I'm currently logged into Youtube I see my own account details at the top right when I follow Barsel's Google link.

Anyone who's not logged into a Google service won't see anything there at all.

Thanks Chris, **Anyone who's not logged into a Google service won't see anything there at all.**
What if they were logged in to Google though?
Barsel, I was also confused about that part also.
They would only see their own details surely?

I know if I click on an amazon link posted on here, my account shows and not the person who posted the link

Yeah, I think it should be ok. Thanks for all your help. x
