in the diabetic kit there is an option to buy "mmol" or mg - can any explain what this.

I think it is just different measurements tia

Well to be fair that ‘medication’ is optional and the NHS wouldn’t supply it unless the multi vitamin needed to be prescription strength.

Mine are all on prescription. I assume even with vitamins you can't mix them willy nilly.
