I wouldn't believe anything you read on 'up my street',. the listing for where I live is so inaccurate as to be completely laughable! Although, on the other hand, if everyone who looks on the site gets an inaccurate picture of where I live, that's fine - all the riff-raff will stay away and leave it for the nice people who already live here! Where do you want to move to?

How about phoning the police office and asking to speak to the local Community officer. He should be able to tell you about crime in the area and any hot spots to beware of.
